This role involves providing expert application support, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvements for manufacturing operations utilizing SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).

The consultant will ensure seamless integration between shop floor systems and enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Manufacturing Execution, in an Application Management Services (AMS) model.

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, addressing incidents and service requests from business users.

Analyze and resolve complex issues related to production order execution, shop floor operations, work centers, and data collection.

Monitor system interfaces between SAP DMC and SAP ECC, conducting root cause analysis for production and integration challenges.

Configure and maintain production processes, shop floor PODs, work centers, and data collection parameters, supporting minor enhancements.

Support integrations with SAP ECC, SAP MII, and third-party shop floor systems, troubleshooting interfaces via APIs and message services.

Possess strong knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud and extensive experience with manufacturing execution processes.

Demonstrate experience with production orders, shop floor execution, Production Operator Dashboards (PODs), data collection, and production confirmations.

Exhibit a solid understanding of general manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.

Have knowledge of integration capabilities with SAP S/4HANA and experience in AMS support environments, including incident and change management.
