Seeking a seasoned SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to provide essential Application Management Services (AMS) support. This role requires robust experience with SAP ECC and EWM integration, focusing on delivering high-quality L2/L3 support for SAP TM functionalities.

This hybrid position in Pune offers a dynamic environment for an experienced professional to contribute significantly to incident resolution, service requests, and enhancement projects within a critical SAP landscape.

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP TM within an AMS framework, addressing incidents, service requests, and enhancements effectively.

Analyze and resolve complex TM-related issues across Order Planning, Freight Order Management, Execution, and Settlement processes.

Manage and troubleshoot integration challenges spanning SAP TM, EWM, and ECC systems.

Monitor and resolve issues with various interfaces, including IDoc, RFC, qRFC, and PI/PO.

Conduct root cause analysis to ensure timely and effective issue resolution, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Support minor enhancements, configuration adjustments, and continuous process improvements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as EWM, MM, SD, and FI.

Participate actively in ticket triaging, prioritization meetings, and governance discussions.

Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM, with a proven track record in AMS support.

Solid understanding of transportation planning, freight units, freight orders, and charges management.

Demonstrated knowledge of SAP ECC integration, particularly with SD and MM modules.

Experience with SAP EWM integration scenarios is essential.

Expertise in troubleshooting various interfaces, including IDoc, qRFC, CIF, and PI/PO, is required.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices for service management is advantageous.
