This role focuses on understanding product functionality and relating it to business processes, providing expert implementation advice to clients for various business scenarios. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding our clients through complex enterprise application challenges.

Key responsibilities include independently gathering business requirements through meetings and cross-functional sessions. You will author functional and data specifications, develop business process and data models, and lead integration testing efforts. This includes creating test plans, cases, and scenarios, documenting results, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A critical part of this role is identifying and resolving root causes of issues, collaborating with development and testing teams, and developing functional specifications for testing phases.

Additional duties involve knowledge of data migration, documentation, and setups within the JDE Finance Module. You will also manage menu creation and security configurations, and work on data migration projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this position. The role requires expertise in JD Edwards all Finance Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA) and experience in implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects. Pre-sales or solutioning experience is a significant advantage. Please note, there are no travel constraints for this role.

We are looking for a seasoned Lead/Principal Consultant with at least 8 years of experience in JD Edwards Finance Functional Consulting. Essential functional skills include expert knowledge of JD Edwards all Finance Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA), coupled with experience in implementation, upgrades, and rollouts. You must be adept at writing functional specifications, managing data migration, and configuring menus and security.

Strong capabilities in business process modeling and requirements gathering are crucial. The role also demands proficiency in integration testing and user acceptance testing, along with the ability to perform root cause analysis. Experience collaborating with development and testing teams is necessary. While not mandatory, basic SQL skills and an Oracle JDE certification are advantageous. Soft skills such as effective business communication, a proactive learning attitude, ownership, and a passion for achieving results are highly valued.
