Seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to join our team. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders to thoroughly understand and document CRM requirements. - Analyze specialized manufacturing processes, including lead-to-order, order management, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service. - Articulate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. - Support the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Configure core Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports as required. - Serve as a critical liaison between business users and technical teams, including Salesforce Developers and Architects. - Provide UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off support. - Champion data quality initiatives, CRM adoption, and process standardization across the organization.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst is required.

Proven ability to analyze and document complex manufacturing and sales processes, with specific expertise in dealer and order management.

Strong understanding of functional requirements, user story creation, and process flow mapping.

Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Basic Salesforce Administrator knowledge and an understanding of its capabilities are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles is a plus.
