Join our dynamic iRT software solutions team as a Lead Clinical Workflow & Integration Architect, a crucial role focused on both pre-sales and post-sales customer implementation. You will be instrumental in evaluating customer workflows, defining connectivity needs, and spearheading the technical implementation framework for iRT, a rapidly expanding product in Oncology Therapy Guidance.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with customers, alongside our service, commercial, and product teams, to guarantee a smooth customer journey and exceptional satisfaction levels.

Spearhead customer workflow analysis, meticulously documenting site-specific processes, data movement, system connections, and implementation prerequisites for iRT.
Translate intricate customer requirements into actionable implementation inputs, define workflow configurations, and generate comprehensive setup documentation.
Serve as a primary liaison, providing cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow and connectivity matters during onboarding and implementation phases.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and communicate common customer challenges, actively proposing practical and effective solutions.
Enhance our overall customer success model by refining processes for gathering, documenting, and delivering workflow and connectivity requirements.
Provide expert guidance on iRT-related interoperability, workflow configurations, and IT interfaces.
Develop innovative processes and tools to automate key integration tasks, augmenting human expertise for predictable, scalable, and repeatable implementations.
Address customer customization requests through hands-on coding and the development of frameworks that enable modifications without substantial design alterations.
Establish a robust framework to facilitate the installation of updates and upgrades, aligned with subscription offerings and perpetual service contracts.
Offer direct coding leadership for implementations as needed, supporting service teams with installations and troubleshooting.
Ensure all workflow documentation, configuration inputs, and connectivity activities are executed with precision and in adherence to quality standards.
Support testing, issue resolution, validation efforts, and go-live readiness in conjunction with the service team for configured workflows and established connections.
Proactively identify and report any quality or compliance concerns, initiating immediate corrective actions as necessary.
Possess an engineering background with a STEM major and demonstrable experience in workflow implementation, customer onboarding, installation, or technical deployment.
Familiarity with the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, setup, testing, issue resolution, and deployment support is essential.
Proficiency in JSON, XML, web services, SQL, and relational databases is required.
Expertise in interconnectivity technologies such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO, HL7, REST APIs, and system-to-system connectivity is a must.
Understanding of interface setup, data mapping, and connection troubleshooting is necessary.
Knowledge of software deployment, environment setup, and configuration management concepts is important.
Exceptional communication skills and experience in customer project management are key.
Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally is required.
