Seeking a seasoned PMO leader to spearhead project governance, portfolio management, and strategic program execution. Establish and refine PMO governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Drive standardization of project management processes across all portfolios. Define and track key PMO performance indicators through robust dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

Manage multiple complex programs concurrently, supporting portfolio prioritization and strategic planning. Conduct regular project reviews and health checks to maintain governance and identify potential risks. Facilitate steering committee meetings and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.

Support resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity management. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, seeking opportunities for cost optimization and improved operational efficiency. Foster continuous improvement within the PMO, mentoring team members and driving the adoption of appropriate delivery methodologies.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Possess 8-10 years of progressive experience in PMO, program management, or project governance roles. A strong command of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches, is essential.
