As a Lead Business Analyst, you will define and implement enterprise-wide business analysis and requirements management strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will establish robust frameworks, governance standards, and best practices for requirement engineering across teams, leading large-scale initiatives involving BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, and business process transformations.

Key responsibilities include defining enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management. You'll establish governance for backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement, while also driving business process improvement and maturity initiatives. This role involves leading requirement reviews, governance discussions, and solution assessments, alongside defining standards for deliverables and communication. You will guide teams on Agile analysis practices, business process modeling, and solution evaluation, identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks and challenges.

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience, proficient in Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, and BRD Creation, particularly within the Financial Services sector. You will also be skilled in defining enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management.

This role requires establishing governance frameworks for backlog management, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. You will be instrumental in driving business process improvement and requirement management maturity initiatives. Experience leading requirement reviews, governance discussions, and business solution assessments is essential.
