Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide business analysis and requirements management strategies that align with core organizational objectives. Establish robust business analysis frameworks, governing standards, and best practices across all teams.

Spearhead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Agile Epics, and User Stories. Drive business process transformation efforts and define enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management.

Establish governance for backlog management, requirement prioritization, and effective stakeholder engagement. Drive continuous improvement in business process maturity and requirement management across programs and portfolios. Guide teams on Agile analysis, business process modeling, and solution evaluation, while proactively identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks and challenges.

Possessing 8-10 years of experience, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing enterprise business analysis strategies. Key skills include BRD Creation, Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, and User Story Writing.

Additional expertise in Order Management Solutions, particularly within Wealth & Brokerage, is advantageous. You will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, driving process improvements, and guiding teams on best practices in requirements engineering and Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership, accountability, and effective collaboration with stakeholders are essential. Strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and clear communication regarding business strategy, requirements, and risks are critical for success in this role.
