We are seeking an experienced Lead - Business Analyst to drive our enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy. As a Lead - Business Analyst, you will define and implement enterprise business analysis frameworks, governance standards, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale requirement engineering initiatives, establishing standards for documentation, traceability, and change management, and driving business process improvement. You will also govern backlog management, prioritize requirements, and lead requirement reviews and solution assessments. Guiding teams on Agile analysis practices, business process modeling, and solution evaluation will be key, as will identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks.

You will also define governance and best practices for adopting AI-assisted business analysis tools to enhance requirement engineering, documentation quality, productivity, and delivery effectiveness, ensuring compliance and data security.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis. Essential skills include BRD Creation, Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, and User Story Writing. Familiarity with Order Management Solutions in Wealth & Brokerage is considered an additional asset.
