As a Lead Business Analyst, you will define and champion enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategies, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals. You will establish robust frameworks, governance standards, and best practices for business analysis across all teams.

Key duties involve leading large-scale requirement engineering efforts, encompassing BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, and business process transformation. You'll set enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management. Additionally, you will establish governance for backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.

Drive continuous improvement in business process enhancement and requirement management maturity across programs and portfolios. Lead requirement reviews, governance discussions, and business solution assessments, while defining standards for business analysis deliverables, documentation quality, and stakeholder communication. Guide teams in Agile analysis, business process modeling, and solution evaluation, proactively identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks and challenges.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, possessing mandatory skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), BRD Creation, Business Process Modelling, Requirement Gathering, and User Story Writing. Familiarity with Java 8+ is an added advantage.
