Define and implement a robust enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy, aligning with organizational goals. Establish frameworks and standards for requirement governance, best practices, and traceability across teams.

Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives, including BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, and User Stories. Drive business process improvements and enhance requirement management maturity across programs.

Spearhead requirement reviews, governance discussions, and solution assessment. Define standards for business analysis deliverables, quality, and stakeholder communication. Guide teams on Agile analysis, business process modeling, and solution evaluation, while proactively identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks and challenges.

A seasoned professional with 8-9 years of experience in Business Analysis, possessing mandatory skills in Business Process Modelling, BRD Creation, FRD Creation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, and Financial Services.

Demonstrates strong leadership, accountability, and strategic thinking. Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Possesses excellent decision-making abilities, balancing business objectives, timelines, and quality. Communicates effectively on strategy, risks, and outcomes. Drives collaboration and alignment to achieve organizational objectives and delivers customer-centric solutions with measurable value.
