The Lead Business Analyst will be instrumental in gathering and meticulously documenting requirements. Effective stakeholder management and fostering a collaborative team environment are key. Proactive engagement and strong communication, including presentation skills, are essential. This role also involves performing domain testing to ensure product quality.

A strong background in Reg Reporting is preferred, with Capital Markets and OTC Derivative experience being an alternative. Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation is mandatory. The ideal candidate possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, a team-player attitude, and proactive initiative. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are required. Readiness to conduct domain testing is also necessary.
