As a Lead Business Analyst within the Corporate Treasury team, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Supporting the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements for settlement services and associated Treasury functions. - Partnering with business units and product teams to gather comprehensive requirements, assess operational impacts, and facilitate the delivery of new or improved settlement processes. - Conducting thorough financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impact analyses. - Developing clear and insightful materials for leadership review, effectively communicating findings, potential risks, and strategic recommendations. - Collaborating closely with Technology teams to ensure precise documentation, understanding, and implementation of requirements. - Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and potential impacts related to settlement services. - Managing assigned projects and workstreams, encompassing planning, progress tracking, documentation maintenance, dependency management, and timely delivery of scope-defined outputs. - Cultivating and maintaining robust cross-functional relationships, serving as a reliable Treasury partner across all projects and initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent practical experience. - Proven experience within the financial services, banking, or payments industry. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges. - Experience supporting cross-functional projects or product development initiatives. - The ability to effectively translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in conveying insights to stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications include experience with payment systems, settlement processes, Treasury operations, and familiarity with systems implementation and business analysis. An interest in developing into a subject-matter expert in settlement operations and treasury capabilities is highly valued.
