As a Lead Business Analyst, you will define and implement business analysis and requirement management practices aligned with organizational objectives. You will also establish high standards for the quality of business analysis deliverables and documentation.

Key responsibilities include driving effective requirement gathering, ensuring clear user story and BRD creation, and promoting best practices in business process modeling and root cause analysis.

We are looking for candidates proficient in BRD Creation and User Story Creation. Essential competencies include Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and expertise in documentation such as Story Creation, BRD, and FRD Creation. Strong skills in Requirement Gathering are also vital.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are crucial for effectively interacting with various teams and business stakeholders. You will communicate business priorities, requirements, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly.
