As a Lead Business Analyst, you will define and implement enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategies, establishing robust frameworks, governance standards, and best practices. You will lead major requirement engineering initiatives, including BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, and User Stories, while also driving business process transformation.

Key responsibilities include establishing enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management. You will govern backlog management, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, you will spearhead business process improvement and requirement management maturity initiatives, conduct requirement reviews, and guide teams on Agile analysis practices and solution evaluation.

This role involves identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks, gaps, and dependencies. You will collaborate with leadership to align business initiatives with organizational goals and champion continuous improvement in business analysis maturity, requirement quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

A crucial aspect of this role is defining governance and best practices for adopting AI-assisted business analysis tools to enhance requirement engineering, documentation, productivity, and delivery effectiveness, while ensuring compliance and data security.

This leadership position requires 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis. Essential skills include Root Cause Analysis (RCA), BRD Creation, Business Process Modelling, Requirement Gathering, and User Story Writing. Familiarity with Java 8+ is considered an additional asset.
