Develop and refine business requirements through detailed analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation, including Story Creation, BRD, and FRD.

Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve underlying issues.

Model and document business processes to enhance understanding and efficiency.

Collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Adapt to evolving client needs while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to deadlines.

Proficiency in Java 1.8 or above, HTML, CSS, and Angular 5 or above.

Strong command of JavaScript, jQuery, and experience with any RDBMS, preferably Oracle.

Demonstrated experience in developing front-end screens using the Angular framework.

Familiarity with multiple front-end languages and libraries such as JSON.

Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with them.

A Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant degree is required.

Essential competencies include Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, Story Creation, BRD/FRD Creation, and familiarity with the Financial Services (FS) domain.

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills are vital, alongside a keen attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset. Candidates must be willing to learn new technologies and understand the business domain.
