The Corporate Treasury team seeks a Lead Business Analyst to enhance and operationalize our core network settlement services. This pivotal role involves collaborating with senior team members and cross-functional partners to analyze requirements, manage projects, and support the successful implementation of settlement-related capabilities. An ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment spanning business, product, and technology teams.

In this role, you will spearhead the analysis, design, and implementation of crucial enhancements for settlement services and related Treasury functions. You will collaborate closely with business units and product teams to define requirements, assess operational impacts, and deliver improved settlement processes. Conducting comprehensive financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impact analyses will be key. You will prepare insightful materials and recommendations for leadership, ensuring clear communication of findings and risks.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with technology teams to guarantee accurate documentation and implementation of requirements. Assisting in identifying and mitigating risks associated with settlement services is also a core responsibility. You will also manage assigned projects and workstreams, overseeing planning, progress tracking, documentation, dependency management, and timely delivery within scope. Maintaining robust cross-functional relationships and serving as a trusted Treasury partner across various initiatives is essential.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics, or equivalent professional experience. A background in financial services, banking, or payments is essential, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges. Proven experience supporting cross-functional projects or product initiatives is required, along with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements or actionable tasks. Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to stakeholders are necessary.

Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are also vital. Preferred qualifications include experience with payment systems, settlement processes, or Treasury operations, as well as familiarity with systems implementation and business analysis.
