As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in gathering and documenting intricate requirements, ensuring clarity and precision. You will drive effective stakeholder management, acting as a key liaison between business needs and technical solutions.

Your role will involve developing comprehensive documentation, including BRDs and FRDs, and contributing to story creation for agile development. You will also perform root cause analysis to address complex issues and model business processes to optimize efficiency.
