We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations & Enablement team. This pivotal role will support critical systems like Contra Revenue Systems (CRS) and Mastercard’s Fund Administration platform, FundApp. You will act as the vital link between Finance stakeholders and our Technology teams, driving our Revenue platform operations through structured intake, clear requirements definition, effective prioritization, and seamless release management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing production support, triaging issues, overseeing documentation, and championing continuous improvement.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be the primary liaison for FundApp and CRS, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between Finance and Technology. You will manage system enhancements, projects, and strategic inputs, handling setup, configuration, and ongoing application support.
Key duties include translating complex business needs into detailed business and technical requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You'll partner with business users to provide application insights, introduce new features, identify automation opportunities, and support training initiatives.
You will collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, validate system behavior, and ensure technical delivery aligns with business requirements. This includes providing essential production support, conducting root cause analysis, communicating business impacts, and escalating issues as needed. You will also lead evaluations for new capabilities and process enhancements, coordinate UAT and regression testing, and ensure all system documentation is kept current.
Furthermore, you will support SOX and audit compliance by maintaining control documentation and identifying improvement opportunities. Driving continuous improvement will involve identifying manual processes, data quality gaps, and areas to simplify our support model as the platform evolves.
The ideal candidate possesses advanced business analysis experience, particularly with enterprise platforms in Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, or Fund Administration. A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience is required. Strong understanding of general accounting practices, financial controls, reporting processes, and multi-currency environments is essential.
You should excel at bridging business and technology teams, articulating complex needs into clear requirements, and maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with platform governance, including intake management, backlog prioritization, and release planning, is crucial.
Comfort working with Finance stakeholders on forecasting, spend tracking, and reporting is expected. Excellent project management skills, encompassing prioritization, issue tracking, and communication, are necessary to manage multiple deliverables. The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with global stakeholders, lead working sessions, and present concise decision-ready materials is also key.
We value candidates who can quickly build influence, drive constructive change, and foster strong relationships within a multinational organization. Strong ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving are highly desired traits.
