Define and implement enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategies that align with organizational goals. Establish robust business analysis frameworks, governance standards, and best practices. Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives, including BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, and User Stories, driving business process transformation.

Develop enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management. Establish governance for backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. Drive maturity in business process improvement and requirement management across programs and portfolios. Guide teams on Agile analysis, business process modeling, and solution evaluation. Identify and mitigate requirement-related risks and challenges.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis is required. Expertise in Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, and BRD Creation is essential. Experience within the Financial Services sector is mandatory.

Strong leadership and accountability are expected to drive business analysis excellence. Effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders is crucial for smooth delivery. Strategic thinking and strong decision-making skills are necessary to balance business objectives, timelines, and quality. Excellent communication skills are vital for conveying business strategy, requirements, and outcomes. A proactive approach to requirement governance and a customer-centric mindset are highly valued.
