The Business Operations team is seeking a proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the stability and health of our critical platforms. This role is pivotal in fostering developer-led ownership and empowering teams to build resilient products. You will champion software run principles, including operational design, automation, capacity planning, and monitoring, leading to fault-tolerant and scalable solutions.

As a Business Operations SRE, you will innovate and implement SRE practices, collaborating with stakeholders to define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Indicators (SLIs). You'll monitor system reliability, communicate concerns, and promote reliability throughout the software development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include designing and coding automation solutions, participating in on-call rotations, leading incident analysis, and engaging in system design and capacity planning discussions. You will also share best practices, mentor junior SREs, and ensure compliance with policies, while responding promptly to technical customer requests and suggesting improvements to standard operating procedures.

We are looking for an early-career Site Reliability Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Java, Python, Go, or Spring Framework is essential. A solid understanding of DevOps principles and a keen interest in building and operating large-scale, distributed systems are required. You should possess a systematic problem-solving approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, coupled with a willingness to learn and embrace challenging opportunities. Experience in a related role, particularly SRE, along with certifications in automation, and familiarity with algorithms, data structures, scripting, and pipeline management are considered desirable.
