As a BI ETL Test Architect, deep understanding of data integration processes and end-to-end data flow is crucial. Lead the testing of Business Intelligence (BI) systems, ensuring the integrity of business data flow and ETL components. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, recommend suitable tools, and conduct technical feasibility and risk assessments. Design and direct the development of specialized, repeatable, and tech-led solutions for BI data integration. Mentor and guide the development of quality engineering specialists. Create accelerators to enhance testing efficiency and meet customer expectations. Drive business growth by leading the conversion of opportunities.

Proven experience in BI ETL testing, including data flow validation, ETL component testing, and data lineage analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze defects during data validation and provide root cause analysis. Proficiency in setting up testing strategies, recommending tools, and performing technical feasibility and risk assessments. In-depth knowledge of Data Integration Processes and end-to-end data flow. Experience in understanding data sources from various application landscapes and systems. Ability to design and direct the development of specialized, repeatable, and tech-led solutions. Experience in mentoring and developing quality specialists is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
