Opportunity for a Lead Associate specializing in ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform. This role involves driving end-to-end project delivery and providing technical leadership within our Engineering as a Service/Operate function. The position is based in Ahmedabad and offers a hybrid work environment.

Spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow IRM applications including SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM. Utilize expertise in ServiceNow's technical aspects, such as workflow design, APIs, and integrations. Configure key platform components like Workspace, UI Builder, and Business Rules. Develop and maintain product automations and integrations, and design scoped applications of varying complexity. Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and manage deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

A minimum of X years of overall and relevant ServiceNow experience is required, with a strong focus on IRM implementation. Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow's technical architecture, including workflow design, APIs, and integrations is essential. Proficiency in configuring core platform elements such as Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies is mandatory. Candidates must be skilled in designing and developing scoped applications and experienced in platform management. A proven track record of delivering 2-3 projects end-to-end is necessary. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required. Excellent communication and documentation skills are expected.
