As a key member of the Retail and Commerce Systems team, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering to transform business requirements into efficient, scalable system functionalities, optimizing our Salesforce environment for accelerated growth and seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering to translate intricate business needs into effective system solutions. A significant aspect of the role involves optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem to support rapid business expansion.

Additionally, you will provide valuable technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and best-practice-driven environment. Active participation in code reviews ensures the highest standards of quality and adherence to established development protocols.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline, coupled with 2 to 4 years of professional software development experience. Proven expertise in Salesforce development, specifically on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, is essential.

Proficiency is required in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, and API integration within the Force.com environment.
