Join our team as a Quality Engineer (P2) to drive innovation in Identity features. This independent contributor role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation solutions across web, mobile, and connected devices. You'll work on UI, API, and backend integrations, actively contributing to automation frameworks and quality initiatives. Collaboration with developers and senior engineers is key to ensuring the highest quality delivery.

Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end automated tests for Identity features. Develop and maintain reusable automation components, including Page Objects and API utilities, using Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG. Build scalable test coverage and API-first test setups leveraging backend services and GraphQL. Manage test data effectively and debug failures across all layers. Configure and analyze CI/CD test runs, contribute to shared frameworks, and participate in code reviews. Analyze execution reports, classify defects accurately, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.

Requires proficiency in test automation using Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG. Possess a strong understanding of Page Object Model (POM), API testing, and modern automation design patterns. Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Jackson, Spring Framework, and Test Data Management is essential. Demonstrated ability to build scalable automated tests and reusable framework components is needed. Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD workflows is expected. Experience analyzing execution reports and debugging automation failures is crucial. Knowledge of XPath, browser automation, parallel execution, and feature flags is beneficial. Must be able to write clean, maintainable, and thread-safe code, and actively participate in code reviews while adhering to engineering standards. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills are required.
