Join our team as a Quality Engineer (P2) and take ownership of test automation for critical Identity features. This independent contributor role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation solutions across web, mobile, and connected devices. You'll work with UI, API, and backend systems, contributing to automation frameworks, test infrastructure, and overall quality initiatives. Collaboration with developers and senior engineers is key to success in this dynamic environment.

Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end automated tests for Identity features. Develop and maintain Page Objects, API utilities, and other reusable automation components. Create scalable test coverage utilizing Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG. Build API-first test setups leveraging backend services and GraphQL integrations. Develop and maintain Data Providers, fixtures, and effective test data strategies. Debug and triage failures across UI, API, test data, and environment layers. Configure, execute, and analyze CI/CD test runs using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Contribute to shared frameworks, utilities, and establish automation standards. Review peer code to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards. Analyze Report Portal results and accurately classify defects. Leverage AI tools to enhance test creation, troubleshooting, and overall productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality feature delivery.

Proficiency in test automation using Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG. Solid understanding of the Page Object Model (POM), API testing, and automation design patterns. Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Jackson, Spring Framework, and Test Data Management. Demonstrated ability to build scalable automated tests and reusable framework components. Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD workflows. Experience analyzing execution reports and effectively debugging automation failures. Knowledge of XPath, browser automation, parallel execution, and feature flags. Capability to write clean, maintainable, and thread-safe code. Experience participating in code reviews and adhering to engineering standards. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaborative skills are essential.
