Join our dynamic team as a Lead Associate in Networks, contributing to our Engineering as a Service/Operate initiatives. This role involves providing critical first-line support for all network-related issues and inquiries, ensuring seamless traffic flow across our infrastructure. You'll be instrumental in configuring and documenting new data center builds, supporting the specific technological needs of various teams.

As a Lead Associate in Networks, your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering immediate first-line support for all network-related incidents and requests. - Collaborating closely with the Network Engineering team to successfully implement new data center builds. - Creating precise and easily understandable documentation for all new builds and operational procedures. - Executing regular hardware and software upgrades, alongside essential configurations. - Contributing to the efficient operation and maintenance of our network environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. - A minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical experience in network, security, and transport domains. - Proficiency in routing and switching technologies, particularly within datacenter environments. - Proven expertise in the TCP/IP protocol suite and fundamental knowledge of transport, network, and internet routing concepts. - Experience administering Cisco product lines (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NXOS) and a strong understanding of firewall technologies. - Working knowledge of Cisco Campus and VXLAN environments, as well as network security practices, including Cisco ASA operation. - Familiarity with Layer 3 routing protocols such as BGP and EIGRP. - Experience working with Linux environments. - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
