Join our team as a Lead Associate in Network Operations, focusing on Engineering as a Service and Operate. This role is crucial for maintaining the backbone of our services, ensuring seamless traffic flow and network integrity. You'll be instrumental in supporting various departments by resolving network issues and contributing to new data center builds.

As a key member of the NetOps team, you will leverage your deep understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting methodologies. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to provide reliable network services and support the deployment of new infrastructure, making this a vital position within our engineering division.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line support for all network-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption. You will collaborate closely with the Network Engineering team to implement data center builds and create precise, easy-to-follow documentation for new configurations and procedures. Additionally, you will handle routine hardware and software upgrades, along with configurations, to maintain optimal network performance.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. We are seeking candidates with over two years of technical experience in network, security, and transport domains. Familiarity with routing and switching technologies in data center environments, a strong grasp of the TCP/IP protocol suite, and fundamental knowledge of transport, network, and internet routing concepts are essential. Experience administering Cisco product lines and a solid understanding of firewall technologies are also critical. The ability to work non-traditional hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected.
