Join our Networks team as a Lead Associate, contributing to our Engineering as a Service/Operate function in Bengaluru. This role is integral to maintaining robust network operations, ensuring seamless traffic flow and addressing network inquiries across all departments. You will play a key role in configuring and documenting new data center builds, supporting various team technologies.

Key duties include providing primary support for all network-related issues and collaborating with the Network Engineering team to implement data center builds. You will be responsible for creating clear and accurate documentation for new builds and procedures, alongside performing regular hardware and software upgrades and configurations.

Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 years of technical experience in network, security, and transport fields is required. Familiarity with routing and switching technologies in data center environments, a strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite, and experience with transport, network, and internet routing concepts are essential. Experience administering Cisco product lines and knowledge of firewall technologies are also crucial. The ability to work non-traditional hours, including occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays, is necessary.
