Join our dynamic team as a Lead Associate in Network Operations, focusing on Engineering as a Service. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless network traffic flow and providing expert first-line support across all departments. You'll be instrumental in configuring and documenting new data center builds, ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Provide essential first-line support for all network-related issues and collaborate closely with Network Engineering on implementing Data Center Builds. You will also be responsible for creating accurate, easily understandable documentation for new builds and procedures, alongside performing routine hardware and software upgrades and configurations.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related software engineering field is required, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates should possess over 2 years of technical experience in network, security, and transport domains. Experience with routing and switching technologies in data center networks, a strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite, and fundamental knowledge of transport, network, and internet routing concepts are essential. Expertise in BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, DWMD, Cisco product lines (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NXOS), firewall technologies, Cisco Campus and VXLAN environments, Cisco ASA operation, and Layer 3 routing protocols like BGP and EIGRP are highly valued. Experience with Linux and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are also required.
