Join our dynamic team as a Lead Associate specializing in Networks, contributing to our Engineering as a Service/Operate division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and advancement of our network infrastructure.

As a Network Operations II professional, you will leverage your deep understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and troubleshooting methodologies. Your expertise will be crucial in providing first-line support for traffic flow and network-related inquiries across all departments.

This position also involves actively participating in the configuration and documentation of new data center builds, ensuring our infrastructure meets the evolving needs of various technical teams. Be ready to make a significant impact on our network's reliability and performance.

Provide immediate and effective first-line support for all network-related issues, ensuring swift resolution. Collaborate closely with the Network Engineering team to implement and support Data Center Builds. Create precise and easily understandable documentation for all new builds and established procedures. Execute routine hardware and software upgrades, along with configurations, to maintain optimal system performance. Respond to network challenges and inquiries, guaranteeing minimal disruption to services.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess a minimum of 2 years of technical experience in network, security, and transport-related domains. Demonstrated expertise in routing and switching technologies within datacenter environments. Solid understanding and practical experience with the TCP/IP protocol suite. Fundamental knowledge of transport, network, and internet routing concepts, security policies, and peering, specifically BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, and DWMD. Substantial experience administering Cisco product lines, including IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and NXOS. Strong working knowledge of firewall technologies and network security practices. Familiarity with both Cisco Campus and VXLAN environments. Experience working with Linux systems is essential. Ability to adapt to non-traditional working hours, including occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays.
