As a Lead Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for all network-related issues, providing immediate first-line support. You will collaborate closely with the Network Engineering team to implement and configure new data center builds.

Key duties include creating clear and precise documentation for all new builds and procedures, alongside performing regular hardware and software upgrades. This role also involves supporting the specific technology needs of other teams within the organization.

We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of technical experience in network, security, and transport-related fields. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

Expertise in routing and switching technologies within data center networks is essential, as is a demonstrated understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite. You should possess fundamental knowledge of transport, network, and internet routing concepts, security policies, and peering, with specific emphasis on BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, and DWMD. Experience administering Cisco product lines (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NX-OS) and strong knowledge of firewall technologies are also critical. Familiarity with Cisco Campus and VXLAN environments, network security practices including Cisco ASA operation, and Layer 3 routing protocols like BGP and EIGRP are necessary. Experience with Linux and the ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, are also required. CCNA certification is preferred.
