Join our Networks team as a Lead Associate, contributing to our Engineering as a Service/Operate initiatives. This role is integral to maintaining seamless network operations by providing expert-level support and ensuring the reliability of our infrastructure. You will leverage your deep understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting to resolve issues and support new data center builds.

As a Lead Associate, your core duties include offering first-line support for all network-related incidents and collaborating with the Network Engineering team on data center build implementations. You will be responsible for creating precise and easy-to-understand documentation for new deployments and established procedures. Additionally, you'll perform essential hardware and software upgrades and configurations to maintain optimal network performance.

We are seeking candidates with a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 years of technical experience in network, security, and transport domains is required. While a CCNA certification is preferred, proven expertise in routing and switching within data center environments is essential. A strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite, along with fundamental knowledge of transport, network, and internet routing concepts, security policies, and peering (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, DWMD) is vital. Experience administering Cisco product lines (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NXOS), knowledge of firewall technologies, and working familiarity with Cisco Campus and VXLAN environments are expected. You should also possess knowledge of network and information security practices, particularly concerning Cisco ASA operation, and experience with Layer 3 routing protocols like BGP and EIGRP. Experience with Linux is also a requirement. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays, is necessary.
