Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering strictly to software development best practices. Actively participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and foster knowledge sharing within the team. Promptly troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring application stability and reliability. A strong background in Microservices/API development using Java/Spring Boot is essential. Hands-on experience with Node, NPM, and the React framework, producing secure front-end code, is required. You should be adept at implementing user interfaces against REST APIs and experienced in developing cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure.

Further requirements include experience developing maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed systems, and designing low-latency applications for scalability, reliability, and high throughput. Expertise with open-source technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, along with containerization, is critical.
