Join our dynamic team as a Lead Associate iOS Developer in Pune. This role focuses on crafting exceptional iOS applications, from initial design to final implementation, enhancing user experience through innovative features. You'll collaborate closely with product management and UX teams, ensuring our client applications are intuitive and engaging while upholding robust mobile security practices. A key aspect of this position involves contributing to the overarching architecture of our mobile technology landscape.

This is an individual contributor role within the Engineering as a Service/Operate division. You will be instrumental in driving the technical direction and ensuring the quality of our mobile offerings.

Leverage Agile methodologies to design and implement new customer-facing features, working closely with product management and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging client applications. Support the overall architecture of KP's mobile technologies, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Develop and execute unit tests to identify application errors and ensure software solutions meet functional specifications. Assist in translating business requirements and functional specifications into code modules and software solutions, with guidance from senior colleagues.

Engage in system incident support and troubleshooting for moderately complex issues. Collaborate with team members, architects, and software consultants to translate functional specifications into robust, scalable, and maintainable solution designs. Contribute to building partnerships with IT teams and vendors to ensure adherence to architectural standards and technical specifications.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field is preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of experience in software development or a related area. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in developing and implementing mobile applications, specifically with two years of programming in Objective-C or Swift for iOS. Proficiency in native iOS development, including patterns like MVVM, is essential. Experience with writing UI tests using XCUITest and managing signing assets, build schemes, and build tools like Fastlane is also required. Candidates should have experience with API integration, handling error states, and caching mechanisms, as well as familiarity with content management systems like AEM.

Familiarity with native mobile app dependency management tools (e.g., CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager) and integrating third-party SDKs is necessary. Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration tools is a plus.
