The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases. Experience with cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and familiarity with modern frontend technologies are highly advantageous.

This position requires a solid foundation in software engineering principles and the ability to contribute across the entire application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, optimization, and production support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. You will build backend services, microservices, and REST APIs using Java 17+ and Spring Boot. The role involves designing distributed and event-driven applications, implementing database solutions, and developing cloud-native services.

Integration of applications with various systems, adherence to software engineering best practices, and contribution to CI/CD pipelines are crucial. You will also participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support, working closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams.

A minimum of 6–9 years of professional software development experience, with substantial backend experience using Java, is required. Strong hands-on skills in Java 17+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases with SQL are essential. Proficiency in object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit/integration testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito is necessary.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, cloud environments, and a good understanding of application scalability, security, and performance are expected.
