Join our dynamic team as a Lead Associate in DevOps, based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on enhancing our Engineering as a Service and Operate functions through robust DevOps practices. We are seeking an experienced professional to drive automation, efficiency, and reliability across our software infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure seamless software deployment and management. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, create and maintain high-availability monitoring systems, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Automating deployment and configuration processes, alongside troubleshooting infrastructure issues, will be crucial. Continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies to optimize our software infrastructure is also a core part of this role.

We are looking for candidates with over 7 years of experience in DevOps or a related field. Essential skills include proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby) is vital. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and DevSecOps practices is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills are a must.
