Seeking a Lead Associate DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering as a Service/Operate team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment, automation, and management of our software infrastructure.

We are looking for a professional who can contribute to building and maintaining robust systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps principles and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with development and QA teams for efficient software deployment. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines across various applications and environments, alongside creating and maintaining monitoring systems for high availability. Managing and enhancing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automating deployment processes are crucial.

Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and staying updated with emerging technologies to enhance our software infrastructure are also integral parts of this role.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or a related field is required. Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI, and infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation is essential.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby), and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana) is necessary. A deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices is expected, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
