Architect, design, and implement sophisticated video processing and content delivery applications. Develop innovative solutions for video streaming, encoding, transcoding, packaging, and efficient media distribution. Drive development on IPTV, OTT, Broadcast TV, and Video-on-Demand (VoD) platforms. Integrate and provide support for industry-standard streaming protocols and video delivery technologies.

Address customer, integration, and production challenges related to video platforms. Actively participate in architectural discussions, software design reviews, and performance optimization efforts. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the entire software lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support. Build scalable and resilient software solutions adhering to engineering best practices and coding standards. Support software lifecycle activities such as debugging, automation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Champion Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

A minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in Video Engineering, Telecom, Broadband, Multimedia Software Development, or Streaming Platform development is required. Demonstrable strong programming proficiency in C++, Java, or comparable technologies is essential. Extensive hands-on experience with IPTV, OTT, Broadcast TV, or Video Streaming platforms is crucial.

Possess a thorough understanding of video codecs like H.264, H.265/HEVC, and MPEG standards. Familiarity with streaming protocols including HLS, MPEG-DASH, RTP, RTSP, and MPEG-TS is necessary. Proficiency in Linux-based development environments is expected. A solid grasp of content delivery, video processing, media workflows, and streaming architectures is key.

Exhibit strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps methodologies, and software automation is beneficial. Prior experience working within Agile development environments is required. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing abilities are vital for effective collaboration with customers, operators, and global engineering teams.
