Design and implement sophisticated automation frameworks for shift-left and low-code/no-code platforms. Lead the architecture, design, and execution of automation strategies using Java, Selenium, and Python. Actively contribute to coding and scripting for automation development and maintenance. Collaborate with diverse teams to seamlessly integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Utilize design patterns like Factory, Abstract Factory, Command, Builder, and Singleton for scalable and maintainable solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to aspiring automation engineers. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in automation technologies. Translate business and engineering requirements into effective implementation architectures. Develop and implement generative models and architectures, including RAG and fine-tuning techniques. Work with large datasets, performing cleaning, augmentation, and analysis.

Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced automation frameworks, particularly for shift-left and low-code/no-code environments. Expertise in Java, Selenium, and Python for automation development. Solid understanding of design principles and patterns (Factory, Abstract Factory, Command, Builder, Singleton). Experience designing and implementing generative models and architectures, including RAG and fine-tuning. Proficiency in Python programming and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and their Generative AI capabilities. Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of generative models like GANs, VAEs, and Transformer models (GPT, BERT). Ability to effectively manage and process large datasets. A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related technical field is required.
