Seeking a skilled Senior QA Lead to direct quality assurance for a significant Application Modernization initiative. This role requires a deep understanding of QA principles, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong history of delivering high-quality software.

As a Lead Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of complex projects by maintaining rigorous quality standards and driving best practices within the QA domain.

Spearhead the development and deployment of advanced QA strategies specifically for Application Modernization efforts.

Guide and manage QA teams, including distributed onshore and offshore members, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication channels.

Supervise the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts covering functional, integration, and regression testing.

Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to establish robust quality benchmarks and ensure alignment with overarching project objectives.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks impacting software quality and project timelines.

Perform in-depth root cause analysis for identified defects and implement effective corrective measures.

Ensure strict adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies as dictated by project needs.

Deliver consistent and informative updates, reports, and metrics on QA progress to project leadership.

Continuously explore and integrate emerging industry trends and tools to refine and enhance QA processes.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable discipline is required.

Possess demonstrable experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity.

Exhibit strong proficiency in QA methodologies, associated tools, and established best practices.

Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines is essential.

Showcase exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with API testing tools such as Ready API, Postman, or RestAssured is expected.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior QA team members is crucial.

ISTQB certification or an equivalent qualification is considered an advantage.
