Key responsibilities include facilitating projects and ensuring the continued sustenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will conduct Software Quality Assurance (SQA) reviews, monitor process compliance, and deliver QMS training sessions. This role involves collecting and reporting project metrics, reviewing and authoring processes and Change Requests (CRs), and participating in senior management project reviews.

Furthermore, you'll act as an Innovation Facilitator, leading ideation sessions and mentoring Project Managers (PMs) in risk identification and data analysis. A critical aspect is ensuring an environment of 'Zero Surprises' by proactively identifying and highlighting risks to leadership. You will also follow up on action items for CSAT and escalations, participate in project team and causal analysis meetings, and ensure formal configuration management of QMS documents.

The ideal candidate possesses strong facilitation skills and the ability to respond to urgent requests. You will provide guidance to project teams on optimal software engineering and project management practices, ensuring best practices are captured and disseminated across the organization. Close collaboration with PMs, SPMs, and ADMs is essential to implement the right engagement models. Articulating contractual risks and working with senior management for mitigation is also part of the role, alongside driving improvements within the respective Business Unit (BU).
