Facilitate projects and manage the ongoing sustenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct SQA reviews to ensure process compliance and deliver QMS training sessions. Collect and report project metrics data, and review/author assigned processes and Change Requests (CRs).

Participate in senior management project reviews and innovation programs as an Innovation Facilitator. Conduct ideation sessions and mentor Project Managers (PMs) in risk identification, data analysis, and innovation. Ensure zero surprises by proactively identifying risks during reviews and highlighting them to leadership.

Follow up with projects to ensure closure of action items from CSAT and escalations. Participate in project team meetings and Causal Analysis meetings. Maintain formal Configuration Management for QMS and other project documents. Proactively identify and propose solutions for issues and risks.

Provide guidance to project teams on optimal software engineering and project management practices. Ensure best practices are captured and disseminated across the organization. Collaborate with PMs, SPMs, and ADMs to implement appropriate engagement models. Articulate contractual risks and work with senior management on mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvements for the respective Business Unit (BU).

Demonstrate strong facilitation skills with the ability to respond promptly to urgent requests. This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and process improvement, contributing to the overall delivery excellence of the organization.
