Provide technical leadership for enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives. Define architectural strategies, establish AI standards, and guide the development of complex AI solutions. Design scalable GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures and multi-model approaches. Lead foundation model evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment. Architect knowledge systems and Agentic AI frameworks for automation. Define AI platforms, LLMOps practices, and integration patterns. Establish standards for AI quality, governance, and Responsible AI. Drive AI innovation and capability building across the organization.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Data Science is required, along with 12+ years of experience in AI/ML and related fields. Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-ready Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives is crucial. Proficiency in Python and AI application development, coupled with experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP AI platforms, is essential. Strong expertise in foundation models, transformer architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks is expected. Excellent communication and technical leadership skills are a must.
