We are seeking a skilled SAP Security & GRC Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work model and is based in multiple key locations across India.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security roles and profiles to ensure secure system access. You will also conduct regular system audits to identify deviations from established procedures and unauthorized activities, reporting findings to stakeholders. Collaboration with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies is crucial. Additionally, you will provide essential technical support for SAP security-related issues and manage their resolution effectively.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree and brings over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security. Proficiency across various SAP modules such as ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, SCM, and Portal is essential. A strong understanding of SAP GRC Access Control modules and excellent knowledge of SAP authorization concepts for S/4 HANA are required. Familiarity with SAP Fiori Security, SAP HANA Security, SAP IDM, SAP CUA, SAP Audit Management, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, SAP BI Security, and SAP GRC Process Control are considered advantageous.
