Key responsibilities include managing SAP BASIS administration for S/4HANA environments, performing SAP patching and maintenance, implementing SAP Notes, and conducting EWA analysis and system health checks. This role also involves administration of SAP Transport Management System (TMS), SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud Connector. You will be responsible for SAP Support Marketplace operations, incident and service request management, and SAP security and risk management. Experience with HANA database fundamentals, SAP upgrades, and migrations is essential. Strong client-facing communication skills are also required.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience. A graduate degree is required. Proficiency in SAP RISE with SAP, SAP Basis Administration on S/4HANA, and comprehensive knowledge of SAP patching, maintenance, and Note implementation are crucial. Experience with EWA analysis, system health checks, TMS, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud Connector administration is necessary. Familiarity with SAP Support Marketplace, incident/service request management, and SAP security is expected. A solid understanding of HANA database fundamentals and prior SAP upgrade and migration experience are mandatory. Excellent client-facing communication abilities are vital for this role.
