We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to join our team in Pune. This role is pivotal in managing our SAP landscapes and ensuring seamless operations.

As a SAP BASIS Lead, you will oversee critical operations within RISE-managed S/4HANA environments. Your responsibilities will include managing audits and acting as the key technical liaison with SAP RISE Cloud Operations. You will be tasked with monitoring system performance to guarantee SLA adherence.

Key duties involve managing the transport landscape, client administration, RFCs, printers, and interfaces. Furthermore, you will plan and execute essential maintenance tasks, including patching, Support Pack Stack updates, Kernel upgrades, HANA DB revision upgrades, and Fiori Frontend/UI5 upgrades.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of SAP Basis experience, with a strong focus on ECC and S/4HANA environments. Proven expertise in leading S/4HANA upgrades, including ECC to S/4HANA conversions and various S/4HANA version upgrades, is essential. Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP S/4HANA, particularly the Private Cloud Edition, is highly preferred.

Essential technical skills encompass SAP S/4HANA Basis Administration, S/4HANA upgrades using SUM, DMO, and Maintenance Planner, and robust SAP Security knowledge (PFCG, SU01, SU53, etc.). A solid understanding of the RISE with SAP operating model and ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is necessary.
