This role seeks an experienced SAP Basis Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in SAP Basis administration.

Oversee SAP system provisioning, upgrades, and support packages. Manage SAP Refresh on HANA DB and provide expert support for SAP S4HANA. Handle issues related to BODS, Data Services, and SLT. Configure and manage Solution Manager for basic settings, SLD, LMDB, EWA, and technical monitoring. Implement and manage SAP HA/DR, backup, and restore technologies. Administer public and private cloud environments. Ensure optimal system monitoring, performance, and SAP software logistics. Perform client copies and ABAP system setup. Utilize expertise in Linux environments for system management.

Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting, with at least 8 years in lead roles. Demonstrated expertise in SAP system provisioning, add-on upgrades, and support package upgrades is essential. A strong understanding of SAP S4HANA support, BODS, Data Services, and SLT is necessary. Proficiency in Solution Manager basic configuration, including SLD, LMDB, EWA, and technical monitoring, is a must. Experience with SAP HA/DR, backup/restore, and public/private cloud administration is required. Expert knowledge in system monitoring, performance tuning, SAP software logistics, client copy, ABAP system setup, and Linux environments is mandatory. Understanding of cloud architecture and public cloud experience are essential. Strong oral and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and a self-starter mentality are expected. Scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl) and familiarity with DevOps automation tools are advantageous. SAP certification is a plus.
