Oversee and guide daily Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

Review and approve vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and prepare payment proposals for timely disbursement.

Manage the complete invoice processing cycle and ensure prompt payments to vendors.

Conduct vendor reconciliations and proactively address any payment-related inquiries or issues.

Lead critical month-end and year-end closing activities for the AP function.

Ensure strict compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and internal control requirements.

Monitor key AP metrics, aging reports, and payment schedules to maintain financial health.

Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Business Teams, Treasury, and Vendors to resolve operational challenges.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to boost efficiency.

Provide comprehensive support during internal and external audits.

Mentor, train, and develop AP team members to foster a high-performing team.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is essential.

Possess 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, including proven team management capabilities.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of AP processes, GST/TDS regulations, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Tally and QuickBooks.

Exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
