Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations, including invoice review and approval, and payment processing. Ensure compliance with company policies for all transactions and manage vendor reconciliations to resolve payment queries promptly.

Spearhead month-end and year-end AP closing activities, ensuring adherence to statutory, tax, audit, and internal control requirements. Monitor key AP performance indicators, aging reports, and payment schedules.

Collaborate with Procurement, Business Teams, Treasury, and Vendors to address operational issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities within the AP process. Provide support for internal and external audits. Mentor and develop the AP team members.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is required. Possess 8 to 10 years of Accounts Payable experience, with proven team management skills.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of AP processes, GST, TDS, and proficiency with ERP systems like Tally and QuickBooks. Advanced Excel skills are essential for data analysis and reporting.
